i installed my stock deck and it didnt work, i thought i broke it cause i droped it a couple of times

so i went out and bought a new deck and it doesnt work, what can be the problem

i checked the radio fuse and its still good , but the 15A small light keeps blowing for some reason ??? whats the problem thanks
