Title says it. Dealer wants to charge me for nitrogen fill in new civic. I'm skeptical. Google search yields a ton of general info about N2 but no specific answers. Anyone know for sure? Seems to me the factory would fill 'em.

and of course they will charge, have you seem prices for a tank of nitrogen?
while googling that, you can also google what are the reasons to fill a tire with nitrogen.
I use air. Have an air pump/air tank at home

The air you breathe is 78% nitrogen. Nitrogen filled tires on passenger vehicles is a waste of money and provides no benefit.

I highly doubt Honda would do that in a Civic. Maybe the R or an Acura model.
