Can we swap these wheels & tires?
We have a 2002 Civic EX with p185/65r15 and a 2000 Civic LX with p185/65r14.

The 2002 just had the transmission go out and we cant afford to have it fixed, with all the other problems it has. But it has some great snow tires on it, and the 2000 just has some cheap all weather radials that someone put on, to sell it.

So we'd like to get a mobile guy to come out and swap the wheels from car to car, so we can keep the good snow tires on the car we're keeping. Both sets of wheels have 4 bolts.

Can they be swapped like that with different sized tires?

As long as t he brakes clear, yes. Be aware speed shown in dash will change due to smaller circumference on 14".

I mean, you can, but the speedometer (and odometer, by proxy) will indicate 4.3% slower than actual.

ive got a 1997 5 dr civic its got 185 wheels on at the moment can I put my 175 alloys
