I decide to fit a turbo with iternals upgrade to reach +300hp... so i need to up grade all brake system if i can rotors pads ....
Also can i change the gear box with another one with 6 speeds??

No six speed transmission on d-series transmissions. Check out bomer's big break kit. Cheap option to upgrade.

get stainless steel braided brake lines, hawk hps pads and blank rotors (or you can do slotted rotors. but drilled/cross drilled)
thats as good as you'll go without shelling $1000+ on a big brake kit.
