Offsets

I have a 2002 Civic EX coupe. I have 185/65/15 on them(STOCK). I would like to know what would be the offset for those stock wheels? I am thinking about putting 16 or 17 on my car. What would be the best offsets for both sizes? I like my wheels to be tucked under the fender.
