I have a 2008 Civic LX Coupe

It has 16" stock tires on it, i want to get a set of rims for it and was wondering how much would change if i was to get a 17" size. Like the clearences and all, would the 16 to 17 change cause any issues?

I was looking at getting a set of Enkei EDR9 Black Flat 17x7 rims.

While on the subject, what would be a good rim for a cheapish price. Something like $600-$900 for a 16/17" and would have to match the tint and black paint?

Any help would be great.
