help. question about rims?

does anyone know any sites or places i could get cheap rims and tires?
i have a red 1998 civic ex. i want the like brownish gold rims. no clue of what brand to get, or anything. any help anyone?
any cheap rims that are nice? or places to buy from?

what would be a nice size on my civic? just stock height. nothing done to suspension. i think it has 14s now. so i wanted to do 15s, i think 17s would be too big. any ideas?
