Stripped lower caliper bolt!

I have a 2003 LX. I totally stripped the lower caliper bolt and cannot even get a grip on it with sockets designed to remove stripped bolts. I have cut these bolts out of other vehicles in the past, but there is no exposed bolt to cut. What is the solution?
