Hi i just got a Black 2005 Honda Civic Ex coupe and i really want to get into customizing my car. I love cars and want to learn more about them. I love working on cars toso i want to do all the work. so first question-

What type of rims should i get? I was thinking 17" gloss black but i dont know what kind of material or brand? I was thinking aluminum, but again i dont know.

Now for performance parts and accessories- I have no clue, what to get for add ons or where to look, for performance and for looks. I would really love some advice.

I just need help getting started.

Don't waste your money on anything performance for the 7th gen. If you want power turbo it or swap a K into it. As far as rims go 17's are nice but watch the tire width depending on your drop you could potentially run into a few problems. If you wanna slam it go with some 16's. I have 17's with a 2.2 drop after it settled.
