Need advice on tires & brakes
Hi- I am new to this forum. I have a 2006 Civic and it needs tires. Is there a better tire than the ones that are stocked with the car? I thought they wore out pretty fast (under 30 K) and they don't cushion the ride much.
Second question is - I just took the car in for an oil change and the tech said that the brake fluid was low.He checked the brakes and there is plenty of pad left and the rotors aren't worn. The brakes are using the ABS on wet pavement almost 75% of the time and sound really scratchy. My husband says there is no good reason for the fluid to be low and I should take it into the shop. Any feed back is appreciated.
