1998 Civic EX 2dr tire rubbing issues

I had new tires installed last week. Camber was corrected at the same time. Car is lowered about 1.5 inches. Tires are 205/40/17's. They now rub on fender lip. Besides rolling fender what options are left? I am considering going to 16's.

Thanks in advance

I'd rather not change up the camber back to negative if I don't have to.
