Rim repair

I have buddy club sf rims on my ride right now. I banged one up pretty bad after a nice little sideswipe so I've been on the search for one cheap. This seller had one for sale, but they didn't have any in depth description/pictures of it, nor did they have the size. But, at 99 cents starting bid with no reserve (final prices with shipping ended up at like.. 23 bucks, but still, 23 bucks for a rim isn't bad), I figured it didn't hurt to get it and see. Well, instead of a 17x7 like I had wanted, its a 16x7, BUT it is a 4x100 lug pattern, so I'm gonna keep it as a spare. My question is if anyone knows where the best place to get the little bends and stuff fixed (if there are any nationally known places that fix rims, but more specifically, if there are any places in washington that can fix rims).

here are some pics to show you what i'm talking about.
