Question - Looking at an '02 EX Coupe

I have been looking for a 7th-generation coupe for a while and I recently found one on Facebook Marketplace that looks good. The car is an '02 EX Coupe 5mt with 132k miles on it. he claims it is well-maintained and runs great and has minimal to no rust. there is no cosmetic or interior damage but it has been sitting on the marketplace for 7 months. I was wondering if there is something I don't know about the car that would make no one want to buy it or if it is a good deal. (it is $4,500 btw) I would like to message the seller for more details but I don't know if it's a good idea yet.
It also has an omdb stage 3 jdm performance chip, are there cons to that or not? (I am not very familiar with plug-n-play tuning chips)

Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Question - Looking at an '02 EX Coupe

Performance chip for a 7th gen is useless. They have known head gasket issues and it’s one of the least popular gens.

Re: Question - Looking at an '02 EX Coupe

$4500 is nuts!! I'm selling my '02 EX coupe 5MT with 136k miles, not tuned, first and only owner, no accidents, well maintained (all regular interval maintenance at Honda dealers, oil changes every 5k, etc.) probably this week. I listed at $2500 on autotrader and lowered to $2000 for a possible buyer, with about 7 interested people in the first two days of the listing, and only one low ball ($1400 lol).
