Been awhile since I was here. My 03 Civic LX just does not break down.
The title says 300,000 and that is what we hit Friday, 6-15-18.
You want to know how those 300,000 miles happened? What did I
have to do to reach this magic mileage? NOTHING. In 15 years of
driving we had one (1) repair to the Civic and that was keys and locks.
This car still has the original suspension, trans, clutch/pressure plate. Even the
factory rear brakes. What ever is in the AC is still working even in 100+ temps.
All in all a perfect car, except I don't look cool driving it.
We also have a 2015 FIT and that is a POS, Our 15 year old Civic rides and
handles better, almost the same gas mileage.
