I guess it's not a new chip, but they will reprogram my computer to the modifications i will have at the time of purchase. My friend has a 1999 Civic with this upgrade and felt that it helped tremendously. As of now my civics fairly stock, once i build my custom box and get the audio system in I will load a few pictures on here.

OK, color me corrected on the Jet Chip, but what does it do? Is it programmable? What if you change your setup from whatever Jet programmed it for? The D17 ECU is a fickle bitch at best, and a nonprogrammable chip that "Modifies fuel and ignition curves from 1500 RPM to Wide Open Throttle." that gives you 8-10hp for $330+shipping+a ton of downtime is not worth it in my opinion. If you're going to do something like that, spend a little more cash and get something programmable (like E-Manage) and learn how to tune it yourself. That when your setup changes, you can change with it. But even then, unless you're boosted, the cost to power ratio isn't worth it on an N/A D17 with basic bolt-ons.
