No fuel, no spark, solid CEL

Hi I have a 1994 ej1 si i was driving to school last week and I took a gravel road that was really really bumpy as soon as I got to school my car died on me and ever since has not started. I pushed it into the shop and inspected it and found that the ecu fuse was blown I swapped it out and tried turning the car on and nothing happened my cel was solid when I scanned it so I checked my ecu and it seems to be fine I checked my main relay and it isn't working so I swapped that out to and still won't work if I jump terminal battery(1) to fuel pump (7) it primes but I can't get it to spark still Ive tried so much already and don't no what to do any info will be helpful thanks

Does it still blow the ecu fuse?
Which fuse number is it? (location number, not amp rating)
