Headlights

Hey Crew,

I just bought a 94 civic ex. Was out driving it at night for the first time and noticed that the brights are worse than the low beams. I like the low beams but I would like to know what everyone recommends for high beam lights.

It's just a single, dual filament bulb, right? Are the lenses clean?
