Civic no start? Iacv cause?

Civic no start? Iacv cause?
Hey everyone I have a 95 civic coupe d16z6 it started idling up and bad pretty bad so I heard to take off my tb and clean it and the idle air control valve on the back if the intake good with carb cleaner so I cleaned both good let it air dry for about 45 minutes reinstalled all sensor wires coolant lines and it started up once idled real low then died now it don't start but it will crank good, I checked the fuel pump fuel rail, it has spark on all cyclinders and all the plugs are on the rift sensors I've changed the map sensor and yet to try the iacv? Anyone have any ideas?

This happened to me on my D16y7 when I swaped the stock intake manifold for the Z6 intake manifold. I had the iacv plug and not sure what the other one was( will check later tomorrow. -12 degrees here) I just switched those back and it started. Could also be a crankshaft sensor.
