1995 civic ex Main Relay, anyone got one to borrow?

1995 civic ex Main Relay, anyone got one to borrow?
Im diagnosing my civic. The 95 ex EG cranks but wont turn over. the CEL light is on, but wont blink when the OBD pins are jumped. It wont even turn off when i pull the battery .This tells me its something to do with the ECU. the fuse is fine, so it must be the relay. I also cannot here the pump or any 'clicks' when the key is in 'ON'. Does any friendly soul out there have a Main Relay I could borrow or buy for cheap? Im located in Huntington Beach, SoCAl.
