1985 Civic Any Good?

Found a 85 Civic with 130k on it. Looks clean. Motor/Auto Tranny work fine. Its a carb. $1500. Any issues with this model/make? How much of a bitch is it to pass smog? Good deal or No? Thanks Kevin
