Flywheel bolts tough! Seals?

I have the flywheel on my 1987 crx locked and bolts ready for taking off. I realized how shallow the bolts are and it is easy to strip them. I got a 17mm craftsman 12 point socket and am trying to get these bolts to move. I sprayed them with lube. Somebody told mt to heat them up with torch. Before i dd that, i want to make sure that i am safe to do so. I dont want to damage the beari g in the flywheel with too much heat. Is it ok to heat flywheel bolts up? Also what is the best way to get these bolts out? Im open for suggestions from a more experienced person. Im new at this. Also, what is the best way to install the rear main seal once the flywheel is off. I dont want to warp the seal. Someone said tapped it with rubber hammer slowly on edges. Do i have to pull oil pan gasket to pop it out, or can i just pull it from the outside with screws etc.? Also, what type of grease would i put on spindles, shafts and seals? Does it have to be high heat grease? One last off the beat question: can you replace an input or out put shaft seal without disassembling the transmission? It seems that behind the throwout bearing, oil is leaking from that spot. If i have to disassemble tranny, i will skip this step.
