looking for compatible tranny for d16y5 Hello i have a 1998 civic dx coupe with a d16y5 in it i believe it has v-tec and i was wondering what trannys would bolt up to the engine. It is a five speed manual and turns out the counter shaft is going out as it growls in 1-3 gear but is quiet in 4th and 5th. If anyone could provide any info regarding my situation i would be greatfull. Also if anyone has a tranny that would bolt up and id a 5 speed i would be interested in buying it.
