89 si b16 swap

car is a true si with the b16 swap. car died then threw tdc code. so new distributor went in. still no luck. car is still obdo and im wondering if the new dist is right or not. it came with the white round plugs so i assume its obd0 but all the internals swap perfectly with my spare sohc obd1 dist. car gets one spark when you turn on the key. and one spark when you turn key off. im stumped.
