First car, Need help!

Hey everybody my names krys and i just got a 1995 civic ex ej1. My budget is pretty low but i wanted to add some things on to my civic to make it a little more respectable on the streets. Can anybody give me some sugestions on what to put on it.

You want to make it faster? Or you want it to look better.. A lot of options however not many of them are cheap..

post some pictures when you can this might help people help you...

I always tint my windows first...
