no start 92 civic 1.5 16 v

got this

1992 honda civic
1.5 liter, 16 valve SOHC
4 door

i have fuel pressure, i have spark (all four), i would like to test injectors if anyone could tell me how i have a noid tool set i got at advance.

new
ngk plugs
fuel filter
new distributer (that one of the cover bolts broke in to so ill be drilling that out but zip tie works till i get it going)
new cover for distributer
new rotor for distributer
new wires for plugs all premium from advance and napa.
i cleaned and sanded down the thermostat ground.

i attempted putting TDC, and installing the distributer at pistion 1, cam gear shows UP at the top, the long skiny triangle that i think marks TDC for crank pully is lined up with the white line next to the 3 other lines.

i might have made a mistake not sure during the install and i will remove and reinstall unless theirs any way i can test that pistion ones on compression stroke TDC and the distributers actually on the cam the right way. i tested for spark tho do have spark, turns over qucik just wont start. relay clicks once on 2. ill check the engine code thing tommorow ill look for a how to.

1 Set your multimeter to check for resistance or turn on the ohmmeter.

2 Disconnect the wires to the injector.

3 Place your meter's leads on each of the two injector terminals. Read the meter display.

4 Check your service manual for your car's resistance number. Most fuel injectors have a resistance of between 10 to 18 ohms.

5 Test each injector. If any of the injector readings are higher or lower than they should be, you need to replace them
