I'm sure this was been covered but I have not been able to find it anywhere for some odd reason so here it goes.

I love these taillight's and I know they only fit on the 6gen civic's due to the curve lip on the trunk. But the 5gen (1995) civic also has that lip on the trunk that I love and I dislike the front end on the 6gen. I rather have the 5gen front so..... 1995 civic ex is absolutely perfect for my preference...I am wondering If this taillight would fit on the 1995 ex? Just like the picture(but this pic is a 1998)

search ebay for '95 civic tail' there are plenty of aftermarket versions including the red/clear style for your car. cheap too. i saw the regular ones and also a smoked version thats pretty nice. those 6thgens will not work

I concure, I didn't think they'd work, but I searched a few sites to confirm and I couldn't come up with anything that suggests it's possible.
