I don't know what you mean by vin reads SiR, as far as I know LHD SiR's were available for purchase in the US, I've seen a few posted on craigslist and other forums. That or the engine has been swapped. http://www.decodethis.com/List.aspx this is a link to a vin decoder, type the vin in and it should answer your questions

Re: Left hand drive SIR?

Its a common misconception that all cars produced in Japan are RHD, they aren't. In Japan many people will pay extra to have a LHD car, because its viewed as a status symbol. A JDM LHD Civic might be a bit unusual, but JDM LHD BMWs, Porsches and Mercedes are very common.

they werent REAL sir's then im talkin the full blown sir dude, badges, vin plates everything.....ill check that site out in a minute. Its not swapped dude it came stock with the car. The only way someone wouldve went through this much trouble to make an hf look like an sir is if they had stupid money.....and too much time. Ive heard of LHD sir's in japan and produced and imported but i was under the impression they were like SUPER rare to find in the states. This rex has got some wicked nasty stuff with it.

Mugen weapon rims
jdm mudflaps and window shields
jdm radio block off
b16a fully built by and tuned by spoon
Spoon valve cover signed by the head of spoon corp
hasport mounts
mugen steering wheel
full skunk 2 suspension
spoon ecu
thats just a short run down.......this car is like a wet dream to me. =]
