i have a stock dx 1.5 ,i got for my son, for free.i want what everyone wants more h.p, it came with a tsudo exhaust,and air intake, i would like to get a b18b or b18c. what h.p can i expect. from b18 and should i change out my manual trans. would you reconmend a vtec,if so how much h.p is the difference with or without vtec....

google is you key... u just have to do some research... but if u have $$ to blow i would go with a k series ..... and a k trany too... but thats if u have the $$...

first off vtec only came on gsr b series motors....and type r's but aside from that vtec or not depends on what you want to build. If you wanna boost, id say a non vtec would be ideal, and vice versa. Its all in a matter of what you want to build. All any of us can do is guide you and open the doors we cant make you go through them ya feel me?
