Quick exhaust question . . .

I'm probably sure this has been addressed here SOMEWHERE in the melange of archived threads and what not, but I don't have the time to dig through everything for something that's probably there (I have already looked for about 45 min for this particular problem).

Getting an H swap soon into my 94 ex and I bought the skunk2 60mm megapower muffler, and I want to run 2 1/2 piping. I tried finding a mm to inches calculator and it came out with close to 2 1/3 for 60mm, is that accurate? I really would rather do 2 1/2 but would it be a bad idea to neck down the exhaust right at the tip to 2 1/3 or 2 1/4? It would be a mostly stock/very mild build on an H22A1. Once again I'm sorry if this exact question has been answered . . .

Edit: Main question is, can I run 2.5 for my exhaust (I'm getting it custom bent when I get the swap) with the 60mm? Does the skunk2 60mm fit inside the 2.5 piping when you weld it on or should it be the opposite with the exhaust tubing inside the extension on the muffler? I just thought it was weird becuase so many muffler systems ARENT 2.5, they're 60mm when most of the people I talk to say they have 2.5in setups.
