Help Please (93 Honda Coupe)
I just finished my motor swap in the civic and it's not wanting to crank over and I'm thinking it's an electrical problem. The engine is not locked up or anything. I've switched out two different wiring harnesses and still the same problem. I'll try to describe it to the best of my knowledge, Everything electrical inside the car itself works; such as the inside lights, turn signals, headlights, windows, sunroof ect. Fuel pump cuts on, but according to my brother it seems like the starter is not doing it's job when you go to crank all you hear is a clicking sound. Any help would be great, would be even better if someone could possibly come out here and check it out with me. I live in Smyrna, TN which is by Murfreesboro. You can email me at: travis.broadway@yahoo.com or text me @ (615) 636 - 0232
Re: Help Please (93 Honda Coupe)
ok there could be alot of things wrong but if you think it is the starter you need to take it out and test it your self. it also could be the distributer too. but the way your decribing the noise it sounds like a starter you could also try to push start it if it is a manuel. then you would know if it was a starter if it starts
