Newbie with a civic that won't start.
So Friday I bought my first Honda, a 93 civic lx. I drove it all weekend and no issues at all, other than a slightly high idle at start up (between 1500 and 2000 rpm), but this would come back down after it warmed up. This morning I went out to the car and tried to start it, but the battery was dead. I tried to jump it and it started for a split second, so I pulled the battery and put it on the charger. Now it won't start! I am a fairly competent mechanic, but I am new to Hondas. I checked for spark and checked for the fuel pump priming and both of those are fine. I also checked the fuses under the hood and they all look ok. It is turning over and has gas. What am I missing? I am know how to use a multimeter, what should I start testing?
Oh and a little info on the car, it had 170k on it, although the head atleast looks to have been recently rebuilt, although I have no way to confirm this.
Help... Please
