92 eg light flicker???

92 eg light flicker??? I have a d15b7 92 dx civic and i have noticed that the lights are flickering, now i have checked the alt. and its fine.. i am pushing right at 13.9 volts. the interiors lights do it also, gauge as well so on and so on... And it gets worse when you press on the brakes or have a door open, even does it when your driving a little.. any ideas? thoughts, advice?? Thanks for the help..
