Seat leans to one side

Seat leans to one side
My drivers side seat backrest (not headrest) leans to one side. I just got the car and it doesn't seem like anything is broke. And know how to fix this problem? I took the seat out and nothing looks bent or broke. I just didn't have time to think about removing the backrest cover.
