My friends 89 civic just died and i really need help fast. She was going up a hill going 45 and it just slowly started to lose power. she said it was not sputtering. it just slowly started to lose more and more power and she pulled over and it turned itself off. She says it cranks fine but it will not start. Please help. I am going up there now to check for spark and fuel. What else can it be? I need help very soon because its her only car.

it could be a number of tings. check what you said you were going to. find out more of what its doing or not doing. and i could help you out a lil better .

probably the fuel source, check the fuel pump and lines.
