Ok I finally got this civic running. I am throwing a cel code and can't seem to get the cel light to blink or flash.
When I start the car it runs rough, then after about 20 seconds it runs good while the CEL light is comes on. I am trying to do the jumper wire thing on the blue diagnostic connector but to no avail. It won't flash for me. What can be the problem. Also after I drive it around the block and come back into the driveway the idle is surging... Any help would be appreciated.
