GSR springs in a 6th gen coupe?

Kind of new to this....looking to upgrade my springs in 97 EX coupe and not spend much $$. Integra GSR springs are good bit stiffer than civic stock. Do GSR springs fit and does anyone know if there is a difference in ride height over the civic OEM springs? THANKS

they should fit, and are actually practical if you have (or are planning to do) a b-series swap because the b is heavier than the d-series
