Yep I got me a 1992 it is Phantom Gray Pearl. It still has the massive 70 horses under the hood. I have already stripped out the whole inside except the dash and
2 seats. It is already wired for a complete bolt-in vtec b-series swap because it is
Canadian.

Anyway the one question that I have got is that my friend he owns his own shop. There he has a d16. I was wondering if you can switch the intake manifold and head off of it onto my d15. I heard you can swap stuff off of differ motors as long as they are in the same "family" such as the d series.

Why not just put the B18 with 180 hp and then you wont have the problem of the motor weighing alot more then the stock one. Thats my plan, I just have to find the right hatchback first.

dude you never buy something that had $1600 put into it! if I wanted a 92 hatch, I would find the one with the worst possible engine (i.e. BARELY running) but still with the best possible chassis and suspension. if you're gonna swap anyway, who needs a well-running d15?

Yea go right for the swap... with 70hp i'd say its a total waste of money to touch the stock engine. I never knew that car was so weak

dude, you dont buy a freakin cx without the intention to do a swap... how much did you pay for it?

id go with the b18c1, that leaves you with the option to turbo later... mmmm... 11s...
