Exhaust systems

I’m new to this but I got my some a nice Honda Civic with 4200 miles. It needed an exhaust system
does anyone know what the difference is between a 2000 exhast vrs a 2002?

so i get that not same generation but i am a Mopar guy and i know i can use same set headers and mufflers on quite a few different applications but are you saying the heads are different as well

Different engine. D16 vs D17. 01-05 are the same gen and headers can be swapped but cats might have to be moved depending on if it’s an Ex.
