As far as headers and exhaust go...

Do you recommend getting the same brand for both headers and exhaust system?
I am curious i was told that the air flow would be smoother if they were bolted because they are both the same brands rather than being welded w/ different brands

Agreed. As long as they are mandrel bent and proper sized, mix and match to your hearts content. I went with Honda 4-1 header and Thermal exhaust with great results.
