1996 Honda Civic lx sedan upgrades.
I just bought a 96 Honda Civic. Everything is stock as of right now. I am looking to add more hp. Not much, just looking to have a everyday driving experience but can also get going when the time is needed. What upgrades should I add to my Honda?

the only thing that would actually make a difference in power would be to swap the engine. intake and exhaust "upgrades" will only make it louder.
can swap in a vtec (d16y8) motor for a small increase, or a b series for a larger increase.
k series is possible as well but its expensive
