2000 Civic LX causing hair loss

Greetings all. First post here. I am at my wit's end with my 2000 Civic LX. I was having some cooling issues (temp rising, coolant loss) and since it was time, I installed a new timing belt and water pump. The radiator was replaced brand new, head was checked for warpage and surfaced, replaced with new head gasket and bolts. Brand new coil, cap, rotor, wires and spark plugs were installed as well. Car ran like a top for about three days then out of the blue on startup (car was warm by the way) had a horrible misfire but cleaned up after 5 to 10 seconds. Misfire is intermittent on startup now (either when hot or cold). Is there anything else I can check? I am going nuts trying to figure this out. Any help is appreciated.

Re: 2000 Civic LX causing hair loss

Single cylinder miss when it acts up?
Would it last long enough to figure out which cylinder is dead?

Got any smell or smoke in the exhaust when it happens?

Or....
Get it to act up, shut it off before it clears itself out.
Remove spark plugs and see if one is wet, then figure out what it is wet with.

If it is not exhibiting a single cylinder miss, this check may not show anything useful.
