Buying a 1998 Civic ex, Need help
Looking on Craigslist and found this white 1998 Honda Civic ex 2 door.
Apparently a lot has been done to it. I'll post a link of the pictures of the car and the information. Hes asking $3,500 for it, so that's where I need you guy's help.

The rule of aftermarket parts is that they generally don't increase the value, unless it's really nice stuff.
I wouldn't pay more than $500 over an OEM stock civic of the same year/engine.

What's gonna happen when it breaks on you? Are you mechanically inclined? Electrical diagnostic abilities on point?
If you need to get parts, how are YOU going to figure out what does or doesn't belong to the car, and find out what exact car any other parts did come out of?
Nightmare potential IMO. If I didn't personally build it, I usually don't want anything to do with it. But that's just me.
