Heater problems

My car had a p2p ecu I installed a new one and the heater stopped working any suggestions on how to make it work again it's a 98 civic ex with a d16y8

The lights for the heater is it still on but the part where it has the numbers 1,2,3,4 when I move that **** it doesn't turn on

Smack the bottom of the fan motor with your hand. If it starts running, the motor needs replaced.

If it won't run by smacking it, then you need to figure out if the fan motor has power and ground at the plug.
If either is missing the motor can't run. Figure out which is missing (voltmeter).
How to diag from there depends on which part is missing.

Fuses?
