Take it by a few shops and get an estimate. Looks like you could probably fix it yourself with a few bolt on parts. Go on line at Honda parts and check the prices. Some aftermarket stuff may save you a few bucks.. Search here

find a local pick-a-part. One here in Vegas, I was able to get a replacement fender for $40.
