Ideas for improving visuals only

Hey guys, i want to be able to make my car look good for cheap! it's a white 2000 Civic lx. I dont want to waste time making it faster because it has 220,000 miles already so it wouldn't last long. Any ideas?

make my car look good for cheap
Night time
Rain
Streetlight
Drive by it at 30 MPH and 30 feet away and it'll look great!

Google 'spray can paint job' or 'rustoleum paint job' or some such.

Haha, that's the only time my 88 Accord looked good. Flat black looks nicer in the rain!

I think lowering a car makes it look better.

Re: Ideas for improving visuals only

lower, some nice rims, I'm personally a fan of HIDs, so long as it's done correctly (and not just "hey, I'll just slap some HID bulbs in my headlights and blind EVERYONE!"

What kinda things do you have in mind? Exterior (up to an including aftermarket grill, lip kits/side skirts, spoilers, carbon fiber [insert component here], etc)? Make the engine bay look nice? Interior decorating/enhancements?

I don't want to spend more than $100 on a single item for the looks. and i already have rims, front lip and a couple odds and ends like painted emblems, no chrome window lip, etc.
