Low idle.

I'm idling at about 200 RPM. New IACV, or could there be another factor?

Probably the throttle cable is out of adjustment. If your revving at 200 rpms you must be stalling a lot. Turn the nut on the throttle cable near the throttle body to increase the RPMS at idle.

So i tightened the nut on the throttle body and i havnt seen any improvement. Any other suggestions??
