Turbo Q's

Want to add a 5-8 psi turbo to a stock D16y7. What will I need and is it difficult to do?

(Don't really care for an engine swap so please keep all derogatory comments to your self)

Re: Turbo Q's

5-8 psi your engine can handle without any other modifications. Now with that being said. Your going to need to get the car tuned so that means your going to have to buy a conversion harness, get yourself a p28 computer thats been chipped, a decent turbo kit, injectors, and tune it yourself if you can figure it out. I can help you if you need any assistance. Im building my d16y7 up to be a 400hp drag car. So any questions just pm me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. I can tell you cheaper things to start out with tho because in stock form the d16y7 only puts about 90 to the wheels mine is up over 105 with only minor mods. Also the d16y7 has a major flat spot where it actually looses hp on the dyno before picking up the difference right before the red line.
