Mysterious transmission issue

I have a 2000 civic lx AT, and the tranny is stuck in 4th gear. Now the car worked perfectly fine some time ago, shifted just fine, no jerking or anything. i did notice that the D4 light never lit when i went to that gear, i figured that the light just burnt out. fast forward to 3 months ago, i went to go get it inspected, and the machine kept showing error (car still shifting fine) at this point. so my bro tells me look for a E/M fuse, i checked it and it was blown....changed it with a new one from autozone, and after doing so, my check engine light came on with 4 codes, both o2 sensors bad, ELD high current, and tranny issue- p1768 lock out clutch wont engage, stuck in 4th gear..so here we are now. I can shift from D4 to 2, and it will shift to that gear, but if i put the shifter on either D3 or D4, it almost acts like its the same gear, no matter the speed or RPMS, if i go from 3 to 4, or vise versa, nothing changes. Now i have the hard jerk from park to reverse, reverse to either drive gear...tranny fluid smells bad...i dont think its a bad tranny as it worked just fine until i put the new fuse in, and now its locked in 4th gear...any thoughts or info thatll help? thanks guys
