Shaky Idle, Low gas mileage & loss of RPM's??
After a bad O2 sensor light, I changed out the O2 sensor. Then about three months in car runs rough on idle. Sometimes at steady cruise the car will start to slow down about 5 or 10 mph then shudder and go back up to speed. Gas mileage has gone down from 35 to 25 mpg. Checked spark plugs, wires, switched out fuel filter, thought it worked, then a day later same thing.
My Car is a '97 Honda Civic DX.
No CEL showing. Any ideas?

Also I did notice that out of the tail pipe it has kind of a soft sputter sound. This may be something completely different or irrelevant, just thought I'd include it. It also seems to shake back there a bit more once the car is warmed up.
