Power windows do not work

Power windows do not work
I have a 1996 Honda Civic LX and all of the power windows do not work except for the driver's window... although the driver's window will get stuck if I put it down too low, and it also goes up very slow. I tried installing a new driver's door 4 button switch but that did nothing. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
